• Device and Technical Information: Limited technical details such as device type, operating system version, app version, and error logs may be collected for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location.

We use collected data only for:

• Establishing a secure server connection via two-factor authentication.
• Delivering MQTT messages from our server to your App.
• Opening provided links in your mobile browser.
• Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.

We do not sell or rent your information. Data may only be shared in these cases:

• Service Providers: To trusted technical providers assisting with secure server communication.

All authentication and communication with our server is encrypted.

Two-factor authentication is required for every connection session.

MQTT messages are delivered in real-time and are not stored permanently on your device by us.
