Your brand. Your policies. Your hotel technology.
Dedicated to your group.
Defined together.
Agree how your group is governed in the platform: what is standardised, who sees and approves what, and how your brand appears.
Branding & supported workflows
Agree the visual identity and the supported operational processes your group wants to standardise. Customisation is delivered to an agreed scope, with clear acceptance criteria.
Reporting & governance
Map group reporting, property-level views and who can see, change or approve information. Define the responsibilities of group teams and property teams before rollout.
Integrations & hosting
Review your existing systems, required interfaces, deployment approach and data requirements. Confirm technical feasibility, approvals and responsibilities in the proposal.
Support & accountability
Agree the service model, support responsibilities, training and escalation routes with one accountable technology partner. Define the implementation plan and checkpoints together.
Branding, hosting, customisation and service responsibilities are proposal-specific. Contract terms determine ownership and other rights.

Who is this group platform for?
Local hotel operators, group owners and asset managers responsible for about 10 or more properties, with group-level operations, IT and finance involvement. We confirm managed, owned and franchised properties and who controls technology purchasing. A DMC is relevant only if it manages accommodation assets or technology decisions.
How much can we customise?
Customisation is delivered to an agreed scope. Branding, supported workflows, integrations and reporting requirements are assessed during discovery and documented in the proposal, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Does white labelling transfer source-code ownership?
White labelling does not imply transfer of source-code ownership, unlimited changes or exclusivity. Your contract determines branding rights, ownership, hosting and other commercial terms.
Can we connect existing systems?
We review your current systems and required interfaces, including technical feasibility, approvals, implementation effort and ongoing responsibilities. Only supported, agreed integrations are included in the proposal.
How is the group proposal priced?
Setup, ongoing service and agreed customisation are priced separately. The proposal reflects the property structure, deployment approach, supported interfaces and implementation scope agreed with your group.
What happens before a wider rollout?
We agree the pilot properties, supported workflows, acceptance criteria and implementation checkpoints. The pilot review informs the next rollout phase and training plan.
Can we include AI use cases?
AI is demonstrated only through approved working use cases. Any proposed use case must be reviewed, validated and explicitly included in the agreed scope.
